You MAY NOT use any artwork or graphics in the Graphic Design or Web Design section for any purpose. The content of the Graphic Design and Web Design sections belong to their respective owners.

You MAY NOT use any artwork in the Illustration section for commercial or promotional use. If you’d like to purchase a license to use artwork in the Illustration section for commercial or promotional use, contact Jenni for more information.

You MAY use artwork in the illustration section for non-commercial and personal use under certain terms. For example if you wish to create banners, avatars, etc for use on forums, profiles, etc you may do so as long as you do not modify the work other than proportional resizing or cropping and include credit and a link to this website somewhere on the image (ie “©Jenni Chasteen jenniart.com” or “art by Jenni Chasteen jenniart.com”. Please do not use a copyright notice if I do not own the work, as in the case of fanart. If you’re not sure, stick with “art by” rather than the copyright.)  Again please do not make any modifications to the image other than proportional resizing. If these requirements are met, there is no need to ask permission.
